Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on injectable cosmetic services such as neurotoxins or dermal fillers.
   
• Follow-up appointments are required to ensure satisfaction; additional products used will be charged separately at our discretion.
   
• We do not issue refunds or store credit for:
   
  • Cosmetic trial or sample products
     
  • Used beauty or skincare products
     
  • Makeup items
     
  • Natural health or oral supplements
     
  • Gift cards
     
• All services performed are 100% non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in cash, cheque, debit, or credit form.
   

Client Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with a product or service, we encourage you to return for an assessment so we can find a solution together. However, we cannot assist clients who choose not to attend a follow-up appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a $75 CAD late-cancellation/no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
   
• Exceptions may apply in special circumstances; please contact us if an emergency occurs.
